Testimonials
Ann Dyke, Staffordshire
"From the first contact with Rachael on the phone, to the meeting with the family and the day of the funeral, Rachael was polite, courteous and compassionate.
One family member later said Rachael captured Tom's life story really well.
Rachael made you feel at ease from start to finish, and I would highly recommend her services."

"Rachael was recommended to us by the Co-op funeral home in Stafford for the eulogy for my dad, who had passed away in hospital after surgery.
Dad was not religious and was very fun loving and so we wanted the right balance of celebration of his life and deeper reflection to help everyone say goodbye. Rachael was able to meet with us very quickly and spoke to us for 1 1/2 hours to learn about dad She was extremely easy to talk to and by the end of the day had pulled together the first draft of the eulogy, which she got spot on.
I had originally planned to make a short speech of my own at the funeral but Rachael had hit on so many of my points that I felt I was expressing myself through Rachael. So instead I provided the few remaining anecdotes I had planned to deliver and Rachael integrated them into the speech in the second draft, which was spot on. This helped me immensely as I was able to relax more in the run up to the funeral and during the event itself.
The service itself went extremely well with the perfect tone.
I’d highly recommend Rachael if you are looking for a genuine heartfelt service with a balance of humor and compassion."
Steve Lewis, Lichfield
"Rachael's personality led to all members of the family feeling immediately comfortable with a "stranger" playing such a pivotal role in an emotional day for us all.

Not only did we like her professional, but compassionate, approach but we also had a number of positive comments from other attendees at the funeral who all said that the tone of the day was just right.

I would wholeheartedly recommend her."
